[stvkr-a-fotos] Field lesson about how to tow a Phileas BRT

Before this new Hybrid BRT start his work in the city of Haifa in Israel ,
they send an engineer from
Phileas to instruct the tow masters of DAN company how to tow this bus in
case of need.
The BRT project was spoused to start about one month ago but still not yet
ready.
